3: Hypertension patients should avoid the consumption of junk food. Do not consume alcohol and tobacco at all. Exercise regularly to eliminate physical inactivity.

4: Dr. Chandan Kedawat says, for the prevention of high blood pressure patients, it is important to keep in mind that we should eat food with nutritious elements. Fruits and vegetables should be eaten regularly.
