World Hypertension Day – 10 Experts Tips to Control High Blood Pressure without Medication

Every year, 17 May is celebrated as World Hypertension Day. It is an initiative of the World Hypertension League, which is affiliated with the International Society of Hypertension.

Hypertension or high blood pressure is a serious medical condition, which can also be called silent killer. Because they increase the risk of heart attack, kidney failure, stroke and blindness. They also cause famine deaths all over the world.

3: Hypertension patients should avoid the consumption of junk food. Do not consume alcohol and tobacco at all. Exercise regularly to eliminate physical inactivity.

4: Dr. Chandan Kedawat says, for the prevention of high blood pressure patients, it is important to keep in mind that we should eat food with nutritious elements. Fruits and vegetables should be eaten regularly.
