How to use the Periwinkle for diabetes?

  1. Dry the fresh leaves of Periwinkle and make powder and keep it in a cold packed container. Take one spoonful of fresh fruit juice or water with the powder daily. Powder can be bitter taste.

  2. Never take more than three to four leaves of Periwinkle. To control the level of blood glucose, it can chew in the day.

  3. Take the pink flowers of the Periwinkle plant and boil them in one cup of water. Filter the water and drink it on an empty stomach every morning.
