3. Control weight and be active

Sedentary lifestyles cause many non communicable diseases. It can be the leading cause of weight gain or obesity and obesity is considered to be the biggest cause of diseases like heart disease and cancer. At least 75 minutes of heavy workouts or 150 minutes of normal workouts should be done in a week. They protect you from cancer.

4. Healthy eating is important

A healthy body is created by a healthy diet. 6. Regular Checkup Proper eating, regular exercise, protection from the sun’s harmful rays, distance from alcohol and tobacco are the most important ‘regular health checkups’.
