5. Fruits and Vegetables
Patients with arthritis should consume different colors and types of fruits and vegetables. Keep in mind that the darker the color of fruits and vegetables, the more beneficial it will be for your health. The amount of nutrients in the deep fruits and vegetables is very rich, as well as there are abundant anti-oxidants. In addition, useful elements like macro and micronutrients are also found in deep-colored fruits and vegetables.
